WEATHER UPDATE - DELAY 5pm

Drive-in church will be delayed until 5PM at the Athens High School Parking Lot. Based on the available weather information, the amount of time needed to prepare the technical aspects of the worship service, the safety of the participants and to facility a high quality online worship experince we need to make this decision now. Some of the weather forcasts indicate that it will be clearing later in the morning, but there is enough uncertainty that we believe it is best to move the service where we can have the best chances for great success. We hope to see you online this morning at 8:30 AM or 10:45 AM at lovingtheworld.com and in person at 5PM.

Join us for Drive-In Church

  • 5pm at Athens High School

  • Pull through to face the stage. You can crack your windows as long as the top of the window is above the top of your nose. 

  • Tall cars and trucks further from the stage.

  • Tune your radio to the designated FM station (available on Sunday at the High School)

  • Music: contemporary and traditional

  • Pastor Kyle will preach a different message than online church. Honk for an AMEN.

  • We will celebrate the Lord's Supper (either bring supplies for you family or pick up pre-packaged and sealed supplies at the entrance).

  • Drive-in church has been specifically authorized by Gov. Abbots disaster declaration, as long as EVERYONE stays in their car. If you get out of your car you will be asked as nicely as possible to leave as that behavior will mean that we might have to cancel the event.
