Authentic Youth

The Student Ministry of FBC Athens (Authentic Youth) exists for students and their families. We seek to provide an authentic place to grow, live, and struggle with faith. This is a safe spot for students to be real. We embrace our imperfections but believe God is calling each of us to a different way of being in this world.  Our goal is for students to live Romans 12, to be living sacrifices, not conforming to this world.

Weekly Activities

Sunday Mornings

Bible Fellowship Group (BFG) starts at 9:30 AM at the ROC. Students are divided by grade to discuss Biblical truths, led by intentional adults.

Midweek

Wednesday Night Midweeks run from 6:00pm - 7:30pm. Middle School and High School students meet together and study God’s Word, play games and break bread together. High School students meet together in a break out session from 7:30-8:15pm with the intention to dive in deeper into the Word of God and connecting with each other.
