We have gotten two great text message updates from Jim Palmer in Ethiopia. There are great things happening and we hope that you are praying for all of the teams that will be traveling to Ethiopia.

June 17: Worshiped this morning with packed Bantu church. We attended their first, second and third servicesPastor Brahanu played his off tuned guitar and we all sang and danced for about an hour. Bryan Butler preached and we sang and worshiped for another hour. They have another 12 people to be baptized. Tell Scott to be ready to get wet. We got setup in Abeebee ready to start the wells and VBS tomorrow. The brothers are confident that we will plant a new church here.

June 21: From remote village of Abebee: Over 400 kids in VBS. Most have never heard a Bible story. The FBCTW ladies came well prepared. Afternoon women ministry with 85 girls and women. Several adults have prayed with our pastors and want follow Jesus. We have one believing family in Abebee and plan to start church with the new believers. Continue to be impressed with our Ethiopian pastors and their commitment. Both both wells (health center and agricultural center are sealed and capped. Install pumps tomorrow. We leave tomorrow afternoon. We have two creeks to cross and it has been raining lots. Pray we are able to make it out and back to Addis.
