Family: Husband-Kyle, married May 1983. Sons: Lance and Logan
Saved: During my third grade year at a James Robinson crusade, talked with my parents that night and met with the pastor.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor with a minor in math, an early childhood certification, and a kindergarten endorsement. Masters Degree from Texas Wesleyan.
Previous Lines of Work: Kindergarten and second grade teacher in Arlington; 4th and 5th grade reading and math teacher in Spearman: private school 6th grade teacher in Athens.
Favorites
Books: One of my favorites is Velvet Elvis by Rob Bell because it gave me a whole new look at what it meant in biblical times to follow a rabbi and stretched my thinking about the call to truly follow Jesus
Food: Mexican, especially chicken fajitas and good guacamole; fettucine is also awesom
Snack Food: Ice cream, coconut cream pie, cheesecake
